What is the ruling on selling ten kilograms of dates for ten kilograms of fresh dates, with immediate possession?

This sale is impermissible, due to what Malik, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, and Nasai narrated, and what Al-Albani authenticated, on the authority of Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) being asked about buying dried dates with fresh dates. So he said to those around him: "Do fresh dates decrease [in weight] when they dry?" They said: "Yes." So he forbade that. The practice among the people of knowledge is based on this, and it is the view of Ash-Shafi'i and our companions.
