What is the ruling on the Hajj of one who procrastinated in paying back the Hajj expenses that his friend paid on his behalf?

This person's Hajj is valid if he performed it as Allah intended, but the matter of its acceptance is known only to Allah the Almighty. His procrastination in fulfilling the right is a sin and injustice, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The procrastination of the rich (in paying debts) is injustice." Therefore, one should seek the help of some virtuous people to remind him of Allah and the dire consequences of injustice. If he does not respond, then he can be threatened with raising the matter to someone who can grant you justice.
