Is loving this world more than the Hereafter considered an act of disbelief (kufr), and if so, is it absolute disbelief?

Allah condemned the worldly life (dunya) for the disobedience it leads to, yet it is a bridge to the Hereafter. Mere love of worldly life does not constitute disbelief (kufr) unless it leads one to it. So, whoever commits disbelief due to his love for worldly life and prioritizing it over the Hereafter is a disbeliever, eternally in the Fire. As for one whose love for worldly life does not lead him to disbelief but rather to sin, he bears the burden of what he committed, and Allah will forgive him if he repents. Scholars have not mentioned that the love of worldly life necessitates apostasy (riddah). The consideration is the type of love and what it leads to. Whoever loves worldly life to worship Allah within it is upon good. And whoever loves it and enjoys permissible things without transgression commits no sin. And whoever is led to sin by this love, his ruling is according to the transgression. It is obligatory for a Muslim to make the Hereafter his greatest concern and to know that he was not created for this worldly life.
