Is it permissible to read from a Mushaf in which some surah names are written differently, such as "Bani Isra'il" instead of "Al-Isra", "Mu'min" instead of "Ghafir", and "Lahab" instead of "Al-Masad"?

Some surahs have more than one name, such as Surat Al-Isra, which is also called Surat (Subhan) and (Bani Israel), and Surat Ghafir, which is also called Surat (Al-Mu'min). The reason for naming the surahs is due to the Arabs' custom of deriving names from what is rare or unusual in a thing, or what is most sound, abundant, or pioneering in it, or what is most famous in it, such as Surat Al-Baqarah due to the story of the cow within it, and Surat An-Nisa due to the abundance of rulings concerning women within it. There is no harm in reading from this Mushaf if the only difference between it and the Mushaf printed in the Kingdom is limited to the names of the surahs.
