Are the names of the Quranic surahs tawqifi (divinely ordained) or tawfiqi (coincidental/conventional), and is it permissible to write the other name of a surah in the Mushaf if it has more than one name?

Al-Suyuti mentioned in "Al-Itqan" that the names of the surahs are divinely ordained (tawqifiyyah), and a single surah may have more than one name, like Al-Fatiha, which is called Al-Fatiha, Umm Al-Kitab (Mother of the Book), and Umm Al-Qur'an (Mother of the Qur'an). Based on this, there is no harm in naming a surah with any of its established names.
