Does a woman owe expiation if she shortened her hair after stoning Jamrat al-'Aqaba and then ignorantly threw away what she had cut?

There is no blame on the pilgrim if he shortens or shaves his head after stoning Jamrat al-Aqabah and before offering the sacrifice, according to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no blame." The preferred order for the rituals of the Day of Sacrifice is to begin with stoning, then sacrificing, then shaving or shortening the hair, and then performing the circumambulation of Ifadah (Tawaf (definition) al-Ifadah). As for a woman throwing away her cut hair, there is no sin upon her, though it is better to bury what separates from a person, such as nails and hair.
