What are some examples of the renaissance brought about by adopting the Qur'an as a methodology, other than the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs?

The belief that the triumph of Islam at the hands of the Companions was due to their personal characteristics is a baseless fabrication. Arabs before Islam were Bedouins who worshipped stones, betrayed tribes, and were subjugated by the Persians and Romans. When Islam came, their situation transformed due to their adherence to it. This is what Ja'far ibn Abi Talib told the Negus, and what Umar ibn al-Khattab also affirmed; indeed, glory came through Islam. The renaissance during the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs was due to their adherence to the religion, and our current state of humiliation is a consequence of weak faith. Allah’s promise of empowerment does not fail for those who believe and do righteous deeds, but Muslims today have been deprived of victory because of polytheism and the worship of other than Allah. Victory is contingent upon establishing prayer, paying zakat, enjoining good, and forbidding evil, none of which is truly realized in our current reality.
