How is the inheritance divided among: a wife, two full brothers, and three full sisters?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the inheritance is distributed as follows: The wife receives one-fourth (ar-rubu') as a prescribed share, due to the absence of a direct heir, based on the Almighty's saying: "And for them is one fourth of what you leave if you do not have a child."

What remains after the wife's prescribed share goes to the full siblings by 'asabah (residuary kinship), with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there are brothers and sisters, male and female, then for the male will be the portion of two females."

The origin of the inheritance is four (shares), and it can be corrected to twenty-eight shares: the wife receives seven shares, each male receives six shares, and each female receives three shares.

It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia (definition) courts due to the possibility of wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
