Is watching anime that features immodest characters, while the name of Allah is mentioned or the phrase "Oh my God" is written in the subtitles, considered an act of disbelief (kufr)?

Watching content that contains explicit disbelief (kufr sareeh) does not constitute disbelief in itself, except if one is pleased with it and believes in its content. One must stop watching forbidden things instead of renewing one's Islam and performing ghusl because of such thoughts.
