Is it true what is circulated about teaching a child to say "Bismillah" when he falls so that he will always say it when he falls?

The Basmalah (saying "Bismillah") has been prescribed in many situations. If a Muslim experiences a fall or fright, it is prescribed for him to remember Allah and seek refuge from the accursed Shaytan. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade insulting or cursing Shaytan when stumbling or being frightened. Instead, he guided to saying "Bismillah" because remembering Allah's name diminishes Shaytan and repels his evil, whereas cursing him makes him more arrogant. Thus, remembering Allah is the greatest means of safety from apparent and hidden evils.
