Does sin, expiation, or making up the fast become incumbent upon me if I extract two teeth during the daytime in Ramadan for fear of displeasing my parents, knowing that blood came out and there is a possibility of it entering the pharynx?

The safer option would have been for the treatment to be at night or after Ramadan, but now the fast is valid and is not affected by the possibility of blood leaking into the stomach, even if it reached unintentionally. The exit of blood does not invalidate the fast, as "the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cupped while he was fasting."
