What is the ruling on slaughtering animals at the Well of Solomon bin Dawud in southern Jordan, where people go to bathe and seek healing, and bring animals with them to slaughter upon their arrival?

If it has been scientifically proven that water benefits certain illnesses, then there is no harm in utilizing it. As for sacrifices, if they are for consumption or guests, there is no harm. However, if they are offered as a form of worship to water, jinn, prophets, or any other corrupt beliefs, then this is impermissible, as sacrifice is an act of worship that must be dedicated solely to Allah. Allah Almighty says: (Say, "Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds. No partner has He.") And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (May Allah curse whoever slaughters for other than Allah.)
