What is the reward for one who perfects ablution despite difficulties?

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) mentioned that performing ablution thoroughly despite difficulties is among the deeds that expiate sins, elevate ranks, and bring forth good deeds. It is also considered a form of Ribat (guarding the frontiers), as stated in the Hadith narrated by Muslim and others from Abu Hurairah.
