What about a deceased person who is survived by his mother, maternal half-siblings, paternal uncles, and paternal aunts?

There are fifteen categories of male heirs and ten categories of female heirs. The method of distributing the inheritance cannot be clarified until the heirs are precisely determined, without any ambiguity. If it is assumed that the deceased left no heirs other than the mother, uterine siblings, and paternal uncles: the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of siblings. The uterine siblings share one-third equally among themselves. The remainder goes to the paternal uncles by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship). If there are full paternal uncles and paternal uncles from the father's side only, then the remainder goes to the full paternal uncle, and the paternal uncle from the father's side is excluded. As for maternal uncles and paternal aunts, they receive nothing. The matter should be referred to the Sharia courts or to people of knowledge to verify all heirs, bequests, debts, and other rights.
