How does legal Ruqyah for treating envy work, and what are the verses and supplications that should be recited and how?

The treatment for envy (hasad) or the evil eye (ayn) is through Ruqyah Shariah (Islamic exorcism), by reciting the Quran and authentic supplications (du'as). This includes: Surat Al-Fatihah, Ayatul-Kursi, the concluding verses of Surat Al-Baqarah from the words of the Almighty: {Aamana Al-Rasool} to the end of the surah, Surat Al-Ikhlas, and the two Mu'awwidhatayn (Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas). Among the Prophetic supplications are: "I seek refuge for you with the perfect words of Allah from every devil and harmful beast, and from every evil eye."
