Is the Holy Qur’an God's eternal miracle, and how can its eternality be reconciled with its being raised on the Day of Resurrection, and what are the implications of saying it is not eternal?

The Holy Quran is the eternal miracle of Islam and Allah's conclusive proof. This does not contradict its removal at the end of time, because its removal will occur after the major signs that immediately precede the Hour appear, and that is when only the most evil of people remain on earth. As for the one who says that the Quran is not eternal, if he means that it will be removed at the end of time just before the Hour, then this is true, but the phrasing is incorrect because the Quran will not be removed except when the Hour is established. However, if by its non-eternity he means that it does not serve as a proof against creation, or that it is not preserved from alteration, then this is disbelief, because the Quran is Allah's final book, which Allah has guaranteed to preserve, and He will not remove it until after it has served as a proof against people.
