Does the maternal aunt become a mother by suckling, and do her children become siblings, in the case of doubt regarding the number of sucklings and whether they reached five or not, with the condition that the ruling be from the Qur’an and Sunnah?

Scholars have differed regarding the number of nursing (رضعات) sessions that establish prohibition (تحريم). The majority hold that a small or large amount of nursing establishes prohibition, even if it is a single suckle. They cite the Almighty's saying: "And your mothers who have suckled you" and the hadith: "What is prohibited by lineage is prohibited by fosterage." Whereas the Shafi'ites and Hanbalites are of the view that less than five nursing sessions does not affect prohibition. They cite Aisha's hadith: "It was revealed in the Qur'an that 'ten known sucklings establish prohibition,' then this was abrogated by 'five known sucklings.'" If there is doubt about the existence or number of nursing sessions, prohibition is not established.
