What is the religious ruling on one who mocks scholars and preachers such as Sheikh Muhammad Hussein Yacoub, Sheikh Abu Ishaq Al-Huwaini, Sheikh Muhammad Hassan, and Sheikh Mahmoud Al-Masri without knowledge, and is the inquirer sinful if he leaves him to mock them or others?

Among the greatest calamities is the insolence of young people towards preachers and scholars. If it is proven that a person scoffs at preachers, he is an offender. He should continue to be advised if there is hope of his benefit; otherwise, it is better to remain silent and leave his gathering, because the lowest degree of enjoining good and forbidding evil is denouncing it with the heart, which necessitates leaving the place of the evil. Abandonment may be beneficial if it is highly probable that it will benefit him and deter him from such behavior.
