Does watching one's wife and children via camera during Iftar in Ramadan affect the fast?

There is no harm in a husband and wife looking at each other online while fasting, and this does not affect the fast. However, looking with lust must be avoided. If repeated looking with lust leads to the emission of semen, the fast is broken according to many scholars. But if it leads to the emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhy), then the apparent meaning of Ahmad's words is that it does not break the fast.
