Furthermore, the fact that scholars have specifically identified prominent black figures in history indicates that blackness was not the most common color, despite the existence of children of Abyssinian women among the Quraysh and Arabs. The statements of moderate historians and orientalists affirm that brownness was prevalent, and that the presence of blackness was notable due to its rarity, contrary to the claims of some biased orientalists.
