Is a relative who helps repay a usurious loan by borrowing from him punished?

If a debtor repents from dealing with usury, regrets his action, and resolves not to return to it, and he cannot rid himself of the interest because the system obliges him to repay the loans with their interest, then there is no harm for his relative to help him repay his debt. This is because it relieves his distress, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever relieves a Muslim of a distress, Allah will relieve him of a distress from the distresses of the Day of Resurrection." Furthermore, scholars have explicitly stated the permissibility of giving Zakat to a debtor who incurred debt for a forbidden matter, if he repents.
