Is it permissible for a teacher to assist her colleague in teaching Tajweed to children and teenagers, even though she has not completed her study of Tajweed and does not possess an Ijazah certificate in it?

It is permissible to teach Tajwid even if the teacher has not completed all Tajwid sciences or does not possess an ijazah (authorized certification). However, it is a condition that the children being taught by the woman are young and have not yet become aware of women's awrah (intimate parts). If they are adolescents who comprehend matters related to women, then it is not permissible for them to enter upon them. Jurists have stipulated the obligation for a woman to observe hijab (veiling) from a male who has reached the age of ten, and an adolescent who is nearing puberty.
