Is a believer's fear of death more intense than a disbeliever's, while adhering to religion?

It is not important to know whether the believer or the disbeliever fears death more, as each has their reasons. The disbeliever may fear out of eagerness for life, while the believer fears because he knows that the grave is the first stage of the Hereafter. Remembering death is religiously encouraged if it motivates repentance and good deeds, and does not cause obsessions and psychological illnesses. A Muslim should be between fear and hope. As for how a person will die, a good ending is achieved through steadfastness in obeying Allah and sincerity with Him, while a bad ending results from deviation from Allah's path. Thinking about the cause of death is futile.
