What is the ruling on discarding papers with "An-Noor" written on them onto the ground after using them in transportation; and is this considered a desecration of one of Allah's Beautiful Names?

Scholars have differed regarding "An-Nur" (The Light) as one of the Beautiful Names of Allah, but contemporary scholars have chosen that it is not. The Names of Allah are of two types: those exclusive to Him, Exalted be He, and those that are not exclusive, like "As-Sami'" (The All-Hearing) and "Al-Basir" (The All-Seeing), and their designation is determined by context. Therefore, there is no harm in naming companies "An-Nur," nor in discarding tickets bearing this name on the ground, and this is not considered an insult to the Name of Allah, because what is intended by it is the created light.
