If the husband is infertile, the wife has the right to seek annulment of the marriage or divorce due to the inability to have children, which is one of the purposes of marriage. The husband must comply with her request and grant her all her rights. If the husband commits forbidden acts, the wife should first advise him. If he does not respond, she has the right to seek divorce or khul' from him.
