What is the ruling on a wife cohabiting with her husband who commits adultery with two women, one of whom is married, knowing that she keeps silent about it for the sake of her children?

Adultery is a grave sin, and its prohibition becomes more severe if the adulterer is married (muhsan) or if the woman involved is married, due to the transgression against the husband's rights. If a husband's adultery is proven, his wife should advise him and remind him of God. If he repents, then praise be to Allah. Otherwise, it is better for her to separate from him. It is commendable for her to seek khul' from him for his abandonment of God's rights, but divorcing him is not obligatory for her.
