Can giving charity with the intention of removing injustice avert the oppressor's harm and lessen the impact of their injustice on the oppressed?

If a Muslim's life becomes difficult due to injustice, one of the beneficial means to repel this injustice is giving charity to the needy, because recompense is of the same nature as the deed. Allah Almighty says: "Is the recompense for good [anything] but good?" And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever relieves a believer of a worldly hardship, Allah will relieve him of a hardship on the Day of Resurrection." Some of the Salaf (early Muslims) believed that charity repels injustice. In addition to charity, a Muslim should express their grievances to Allah Almighty and supplicate for Him to remove the injustice of people, especially during times when supplications are answered; for there is no barrier between the supplication of the oppressed and Allah. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to seek refuge from the supplication of the oppressed. A Muslim must also adhere to piety in all their affairs, for Allah has made it a way out of every difficulty and hardship. Allah Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out." Furthermore, efforts must be made to repel injustice through available material means, such as raising the matter with relevant authorities or the judiciary.
