Does household furniture become part of the deceased's estate, or does it all belong to his wife, knowing that some of it is new and unused?

All property left by the deceased enters into the inheritance and is distributed among the heirs according to Islamic law, whether it be money, real estate, or used or new furniture. If the furniture belonged to the deceased, it becomes the property of their heirs, and no single heir is permitted to appropriate it. The sister is among the heirs and shares with the brother by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females if they are of the same class. Therefore, the questioner has a share in the estate of her deceased brother.
