Is the deceased's wife entitled to take the house furniture or the furniture of her own room, knowing that they were living in the deceased's family home (his father's house)?

If the furniture of the house or room is owned by the wife, she has the right to take it and dispose of it. However, if it is not her property, she is not entitled to take it without the owner's consent. If the furniture belonged to the deceased husband, it is an inheritance to be divided among the heirs, and the wife has her share of it. In case of dispute, the Sharia court shall rule on the matter.
