However, if such a means becomes the only way to attain one's rightful due, then there is no harm in it, provided there is adherence to the required specifications, meticulous execution of the work, and the offering of the best prices. The inquirer should know that the mufti (definition)'s fatwa (definition) will not absolve him before God if he knows that the underlying reality of the matter is contrary to what he was given a fatwa on.
