Is it permissible for a woman to apply makeup in the mosque after performing the obligatory prayer?

Using these materials in the mosque does not violate the manners of the mosque. However, reddening the face for an unmarried woman, or for a married woman without her husband's permission, is forbidden (haram). As for lighter forms of adornment, they are permissible for married and unmarried women alike, provided they are not displayed to non-mahram men. A woman must not go out adorned unless she is covering everything that might cause temptation.
