What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a husband who requests anal intercourse, watches pornography, does not pray in the mosque, mocks religion, associates with bad company, and utters obscene language in front of his children?

If the husband commits abominable acts such as anal intercourse with his wife, neglecting prayers, watching pornographic films, and associating with evil people, then the wife should supplicate extensively for his guidance, and continue to advise him gently, and seek the help of some righteous people to advise him. If he does not become guided, then there is no good for her in remaining with him, and she has the right to seek divorce (Talaq) or annulment (Khul'). The custody of the children belongs to her as long as she does not remarry. If she remarries, custody transfers to the one who is most deserving of it. The husband has no right to custody as long as he is immoral.
