Does the wife deserve alimony if she requests divorce due to her husband practicing masturbation, while he is not agreeable to the divorce?

Masturbation has religious and worldly harms, and one must repent from it. Fear of zina (fornication/adultery) is a satanic trick; the wife can fulfill the husband's desire, and she must respond unless there is a legitimate شرعي excuse.

If the husband repents, the wife has no right to demand a divorce. If he insists on masturbation, persistence in a minor sin necessitates fisq (transgression), and the husband's fisq permits the wife to seek a divorce.

Divorce should be avoided unless its benefit outweighs its harm. If divorce occurs, the wife is entitled to the rights of a divorced woman.

If a man fears falling into zina and has not married a second wife, marriage becomes obligatory for him. If there is no way for that, then he should fear Allah, be patient, and strive to distance himself from stimulants of desire, such as fasting and lowering his gaze.

The wife's threat to expose her husband's matter to their children is an offense, and she is not permitted to do so, as the original principle is to conceal the Muslim's faults.
