What is the ruling on one who causes the death of two people in a traffic accident while intoxicated, under the influence of hashish and drugs, and in violation of traffic laws?

The drunkard must immediately repent from drinking alcohol. Traffic accidents resulting from drunkenness are considered involuntary manslaughter, and necessitate two things: paying the blood money (diyya) and performing expiation (kaffara). The intoxicated killer must pay two blood moneys and perform two expiations for killing two people. These obligations are not waived on account of his intoxication. The blood money is incumbent upon the killer's 'aqila (male relatives on the father's side), and the expiation is the freeing of a believing slave; if one is not found, then fasting for two consecutive months.
