Does the deceased sister's full brother alone inherit her, or do her full brother and her brother from a second mother inherit her together, given that the disputed inheritance is from the father?

The full-sibling brother inherits, not the half-sibling brother from the father's side, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, then whatever remains is for the closest male heir." The origin of the inherited money, whether it was originally from the father's wealth, has no bearing. Cases of inheritance must be brought before the Sharia courts, due to the possible existence of other heirs, bequests, debts, or rights that may not be apparent.
