How should a husband deal with his wife when their disputes frequently recur due to her adherence to a lifestyle that violates Sharia, her refusal to move with him to his country, and her demand for divorce, alimony, and deferred dower after their third separation?

What brought about this tribulation is marrying a woman who is not religious. It is advised to strive to bring children from lands of disbelief, due to the danger their remaining there poses to their religion and morals. If there is hope for the wife's righteousness, try to bring her to your country; otherwise, divorce is the correct course of action. One must be careful not to be deceived again, for a woman who refuses to travel from lands of disbelief to lands of Islam is disobedient to her Lord and to her husband. As for the deferred dower, it is the wife's right.
