Who is the Prophet who was called "the Wise"? And who are the two Prophets whom Allah granted both kingship and prophethood?

The two prophets who were granted both kingship and prophethood are David and Solomon. Prophets were granted wisdom and prophethood, but none of them was called "the wise" except Luqman, and Allah bestowed wisdom upon him as stated in His saying: "And We had certainly given Luqman wisdom." The prevalent opinion among scholars is that he was not a prophet.
