Is divorcing a wife who communicates with non-mahram men, and whose guardian interferes in the couple's life, considered an injustice to her?

A father has no right to interfere in the affairs of his son's wife, because the husband is responsible for her and has the right to discipline her and compel her to adhere to religious matters. It is permissible to discipline a wife when she shows defiance (nushuz) by admonishing her, forsaking her, and striking her if she does not obey. If she continues to defile the bed, it is recommended to divorce her, and this divorce is not considered an injustice because she is the cause. As for marrying those mentioned, it is permissible with justice between the two wives if one combines them.
