How is a building consisting of 7 apartments and a basement distributed among heirs, comprising a mother, two wives, six males, and six females?

If the deceased leaves behind only his mother, two wives, six sons, and six daughters, then his mother receives one-sixth (1/6), and his two wives together receive one-eighth (1/8), to be divided equally between them, due to the presence of inheriting offspring. The remainder goes to the sons and daughters by ta'seeb (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 432 shares: 72 shares for the mother, 54 shares for the two wives (27 shares for each wife), 34 shares for each son, and 17 shares for each daughter. The building is divided among them according to these shares, either by mutual agreement (muhay'ah), amicable settlement (muradah), or drawing lots (qur'ah). If an agreement cannot be reached, the building is sold, and its price is distributed among them.
