Is it permissible for the husband to always follow the Madhhab of Ibn Taymiyyah regarding the expiation of an oath by divorce, despite being Shafi'i, especially after repeating the oath more than six times, and is the wife sinful for continuing in this marital life, and will the child resulting from her pregnancy be legitimate?

If the husband consults trustworthy scholars and acts upon their opinion regarding the issue of swearing by divorce, then there is no blame upon him or his wife, and there is no issue in attributing the pregnancy to him. However, the husband should beware of swearing by divorce, for it is among the oaths of the dissolute, and because the majority of scholars deem the divorce to occur upon breaking such an oath.
