Is the wife considered sinful for seeking divorce from her husband, with whom she has not yet consummated the marriage, and who is characterized by traits such as extravagance, lying, delaying prayers, excessive free mixing, and associating with bad company, in addition to her discovery of his communication with another woman?

A woman is not permitted to seek a divorce from her husband unless there is a legitimate شرعي reason, such as harm inflicted upon her due to his bad character or his negligence in religious matters. Otherwise, she will be deprived of the scent of Paradise, as stated in the noble Hadith. Seeking divorce before consummation is even more preferable if these reasons exist, in order to minimize negative consequences.
