Is it permissible for the husband to bring his wife back to his parents' house to live there after she moved to her father's house without his permission and refused to return due to harassment from the husband's family, knowing that the husband wishes to please his parents and save money to buy an independent house in the future, and what is the Shar'i ruling in this case, taking into account the wife's desire not to return and reconciling between pleasing the parents and not harming the wife?

Among the wife’s rights upon her husband is the provision of an independent dwelling for her. This dwelling includes a room with its facilities (kitchen, bathroom, and hallway) that befit her, even if it is in his parents' house. If the husband provides this type of dwelling, the wife does not have the right to refuse; rather, she must obey him.

The 'Aqiqah is a confirmed Sunnah, and it is slaughtered on the seventh day of birth. If that is not possible, then on the fourteenth or twenty-first day. It is permissible to slaughter it later when circumstances allow.
