Is a girl who was sexually assaulted in her childhood considered an adulteress, and is she a virgin or not, and what is the ruling on her situation, and what is the solution to her problem, and should she continue to refuse marriage or accept this teacher despite her inability to undergo an examination, and is it possible that her prayer to God to restore her virginity could be answered, and is her continued despair considered a form of hopelessness?

A chaste woman is not described as having committed fornication. If what happened to her occurred before she reached puberty, she bears no sin, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The pen has been lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens, from the child until he reaches puberty, and from the insane person until he regains sanity." If it occurred after she reached puberty and she repented with a sincere repentance, then "one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin."

She should conceal her past and not inform anyone about what happened. She should not hesitate to accept a man of good character and religious commitment merely because she suspects her virginity has been lost, as its loss does not necessitate her informing her husband about the cause, and it can be lost due to many reasons.

Her supplication for Allah to conceal her is permissible and hoped to be answered. If she relies upon her Lord, He will suffice her, for Allah Almighty said: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him."
