What is the ruling on being named Mu'izz al-Rahman?

Naming (a child) "Mu'izz" is not permissible because its apparent meaning is unfitting for Allah Almighty, unless what is intended is "lover of the Most Merciful," in which case there is no objection. However, this meaning is linguistically weak. There is ample sufficiency in clear, permissible, and recommended names, making it unnecessary to use names that require interpretations.
