If your feeling that a discharge has occurred is merely a doubt or an intrusive thought, then do not pay attention to it. If you are certain that something has come out, but you doubt whether it is urine or not, do not consider it urine, and you are not required to perform istinja' (washing after relieving oneself) merely based on doubt. If the wetness could be from the remnants of istinja', then nothing is required of you. Do not pay attention to doubt concerning the omission of a pillar (rukn) or an obligation (wajib) of prayer.
