Is one who unintentionally narrates a Hadith of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with an incorrect wording sinful?

Accuracy must be observed when transmitting the Prophet's hadith, either by conveying the exact wording as it is, or by conveying the correct meaning, lest something he did not say be attributed to him. The Prophet praised the one who conveys the hadith as he heard it. Scholars differed regarding the permissibility of narrating by meaning. Some permitted it for the knowledgeable scholar who is well-versed in words and their connotations, while others prohibited it strictly. As for the saying: "Whoever says to his brother: 'O disbeliever,' has disbelieved," the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not say it. The correct (saying) is: "Any man who says to his brother: 'O disbeliever,' then one of them has incurred it," and in another narration: "If he was a disbeliever, otherwise he himself was the disbeliever," and "No man accuses another man of wickedness nor accuses him of disbelief, except that it reverts to him if his companion is not so."
