The question

Does what happened regarding the donation receipt, specifically the erasure of the word "Amah" from the name "Amah Allah," indicate that Allah does not want this act attributed to Him? Is this matter true? And how can all types of illnesses be cured?

The answer

Erasing the phrase "Ummah" due to "it is not necessary" does not imply that Allah will only spend on the rich. Allah has commanded His servants to expend and spend, attributing the act to them, and promising them recompense and succession, as in His Almighty saying: "And whatever you spend of anything, He will replace it; and He is the best of providers" (Quran 34:39).

As for medicine, doctors must be consulted, for Allah has legislated treatment and healing with conventional medicines, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Seek treatment, for Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down a cure for it." Medicines can be sensory (known to doctors) or spiritual (like al-Shari'ah).
