What is the decision to be made between staying in the current job or moving to another company, especially after performing Salatul-Istikhara, and feeling fear and insecurity due to the small increase in the current salary compared to the offered salary?

Perseverance in the adhkar (remembrances) for entering and exiting, and the evening and morning supplications for protection, is important. After performing Istikhara, if Allah responds to you, then be confident that nothing but good will come to you. Istikhara can be repeated, and others can be consulted. The sign of acceptance of Istikhara is turning away from the matter or its facilitation. The person performing Istikhara should proceed with what has been agreed upon or what his heart is inclined towards, while bearing in mind that he should not pursue something for which he had a strong inclination before the Istikhara. The greatest remedy for fear and anxiety is the remembrance of Allah Almighty, relying on Him, trusting in Him, and depending on Him, along with the prescribed morning and evening adhkar.
