What is the ruling on resorting to the International Court of Justice?

The Sharia evidence indicates the obligation to rule by Allah's law in all disputes, and the impermissibility of resorting to man-made laws or customs that contravene the Sharia. Rulers of Islamic countries are advised to rule by Allah's law by forming a Sharia court composed of trustworthy scholars to resolve their disputes, and to beware of resorting to non-Islamic bodies such as the International Court of Justice.
