How does one remove ritual impurity (janabah), is ablution (wudu) required for it, what is the ruling on uttering the intention, and how is the Tashahhud recited outside the bathroom?

It is not a condition to utter the intention for ghusl (ritual bath); rather, its presence in the heart is sufficient. Some scholars have even considered vocalizing it an innovation. Ghusl from janabah (major ritual impurity) suffices for wudu (ablution) as long as no nullifier occurs. The Tashahhud (testimony of faith) after purification should be recited outside the bathroom, and vocalizing it, whether silently or audibly, is permissible. It is advised to turn away from obsessive doubts (waswasah), and its cure lies in engaging in abundant remembrance of Allah and disregarding these doubts.
